From the Quotes for the Day Blog, comes today’s strategic marketing thought:

So much of what we call management consists in making it difficult for people to work.  Peter Drucker, American (Austrian-born) management writer (1909 - 2005)

Working together is the best way to achieve greatness, but that is so much harder than it sounds. Common goals, a shared vision and planned objectives on how to achieve are keys to success. Underlying this is the basic tenet that each person is working for the common good. And that each person does not need to be “managed” to achieve. How wonderful to envision a working world where the strategy was clear and each person’s only job was to achieve that strategy!  Let’s hold that thought for the vision of tomorrow’s working world.
